NextGen Aviation is an aviation training and career advisory operated by Lareffer Innovation Private Limited ("we", "us"), based in Bengaluru, India. We guide aspiring pilots from initial DGCA eligibility through ground training, CPL flight training, and airline placement.

We provide guidance, coordination, and introductions to third-party DGCA ground schools, flight training organisations (FTOs), lenders, and forex partners. We do not ourselves operate aircraft, hold a flight training certificate, or guarantee admission, visa approval, licence issuance, or airline placement, these depend on the respective third party, regulator, and your own performance.

Any advisory fees, training costs, or third-party charges will be communicated to you clearly before you commit. Payments made directly to partner FTOs, lenders, or forex providers are governed by those partners' own terms and refund policies.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide us, for meeting the medical, academic, and regulatory eligibility criteria set by DGCA or foreign aviation authorities, and for complying with each partner FTO's own code of conduct and training requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, Lareffer Innovation Private Limited is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party training providers, regulatory decisions, travel, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
